1License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and PlanBPass ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the PlanBPass mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android platforms.

⚠️ Important: This agreement is between you and PlanBPass only, and not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any app store provider. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • • Download and install the App on devices that you own or control
  • • Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
  • • Access the features and content available through your subscription tier

This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3Subscriptions & Payments

📱 In-App Purchases (iOS & Android)

For subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, payment is processed by Apple or Google respectively through your iTunes/App Store or Google Play account. All billing, payment processing, and refund requests are handled according to their respective terms.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

  • • 1 Month: Monthly recurring subscription
  • • 3 Months: Quarterly subscription with savings
  • • 12 Months: Annual subscription with best value

4Cancellation & Refunds

📋 How to Cancel Your Subscription

On iPhone/iPad:
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select PlanBPass
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription
On Android:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select PlanBPass
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.

Refunds

For iOS: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

For Android: Refund requests must be submitted to Google Play. Visit your Google Play purchase history.

PlanBPass does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.

5Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

✗ Copy, modify, or distribute the App

✗ Reverse engineer or decompile the App

✗ Rent, lease, or lend the App

✗ Use the App for illegal purposes

✗ Remove proprietary notices from the App

✗ Circumvent any access controls

6Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by PlanBPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

7Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

  • • Apple App Store and iTunes terms
  • • Google Play Store terms
  • • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • • AI service providers

8Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • • Warranties of merchantability
  • • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • • Non-infringement
  • • Accuracy or reliability of content

9Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLANBPASS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • 1.This EULA is between you and PlanBPass only, not Apple. PlanBPass, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • 2.Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
  • 3.In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • 4.Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of the App.
  • 5.Apple is not responsible for any third-party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
  • 6.Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you.

11Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

PlanBPass may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.
