⚠️ Important: Helpers listed on PlanBPass are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of PlanBPass. The platform facilitates connections but does not control or supervise the services they provide.
3User Eligibility
To use PlanBPass, you must:

5Helper Services
PlanBPass connects you with independent professionals ("Helpers") who offer migration-related services. Here's how it works:
Independent Professionals
Helpers are independent contractors who use our platform. They set their own prices, availability, and service terms. PlanBPass does not employ or directly control helpers.
Pricing Set by Helpers
Each helper determines their own rates for consultations and services. Prices may vary based on complexity, expertise, and service type.
Discussion Before Payment
You can chat with helpers to discuss your needs and agree on scope and pricing before any payment is made. Payment is only required once both parties have agreed.
6Payments & Escrow
We use a secure escrow system to protect both users and helpers:
Secure Processing
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
Funds Held in Escrow
When you pay for a service, funds are held securely until the work is completed.
Released After Approval
Funds are only released to the helper after you confirm the service has been delivered satisfactorily.
Service Fees
PlanBPass may deduct a service fee from transactions to maintain and improve the platform.
7Refunds & Disputes
We aim to resolve issues fairly and efficiently:
Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with a service, you can raise a dispute through our platform before approving payment release. We encourage users and helpers to communicate and resolve issues directly first.
Platform Mediation
If direct resolution isn't possible, PlanBPass may step in to mediate. We'll review the situation, communications, and evidence from both parties to help reach a fair outcome.
Final Decisions
In cases where mediation is required, PlanBPass reserves the right to make final decisions regarding fund release or refunds based on our review.
8User Responsibilities
By using PlanBPass, you agree to:

✗ Circumvent the Platform
Arrange payments or services outside of PlanBPass to avoid fees.
9Termination
PlanBPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

- • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- • You misuse the platform or harm other users
- • Your actions pose a risk to the platform or its users

10Limitation of Liability
PlanBPass provides a platform to access AI guidance and connect with helpers. While we strive to provide quality services:
- We are not responsible for the outcomes of any advice or services provided by AI or helpers
- We do not guarantee successful visa applications or migration outcomes
- Immigration policies and requirements can change without notice
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlanBPass and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations.
When we make changes:
